Hello Choir Families!

This Saturday, January 24th, we are hosting Region 1AA Solo/Ensemble Contest We have 15 different schools participating in the contest, with 40 different sites (Band, Choir and Orchestra.) Our contest is the largest in the State of Minnesota! Your help is needed in both donations and time.

Thanks to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer and/or sent in their donation forms. If you are out shopping this weekend, please consider picking up an item or two to donate for contest. Please send a message via email or text to Lori Jones at loriaj66@gmail.com, 612-799-6995, so she can take the items off the list. Here’s a list of items we still need:

For the judges room
5 Salads
2 dozen dessert items (can be homemade)
3 vegetable/relish tray

For Concessions
200 individual serving bags of chips
2 bags of coffee
12 qty. packs of juice
7 qty. 12 packs of Coke/Pepsi
7 qty. 12 packs of Diet Coke/Pepsi
13 qty. 12 packs of Mt. Dew
3 qty. 12 packs of Diet Mt. Dew
6 qty. 12 packs of Sprite
6 qty. 12 packs of Gatorade/Propel
30 dozen Bakery Cookies
Please arrange for all donations to be dropped off at school by Friday, January 23rd.

Volunteerism: Please find the link below of our vocal events at contest. We have many students involved with contest. A total of 41 LS events (solos, duets, small ensembles and our large ensembles-Harmony, TriTones and Encore)
